We are not there yet.

My goal is simple: every one of my companies, fully autonomous. We are not there yet — today AI drafts and runs the routine; a named human approves every irreversible decision. I'm sharing the journey in the open — it should be fun to watch.

    The engine that would talk to customers exists in code, but it isn't connected to live channels. Until it is, it says in rollout, not live.
